Hello! I’m a girl passionate about foraging wild berries and making jams. Wandering through woodlands in summer to pick blueberries and raspberries, simmering them with sugar and a squeeze of lemon, then jarring the thick, sweet jam feels like capturing summer in a bottle. I label each jar with the picking date. I really dislike it when it rains right before a foraging trip; it makes the berries mushy and hard to pick.
